Poor Posture – If you do an office-based job, you may find that having poor posture can cause back pain over time. Make sure that you try to sit with your back straight with feet flat on the ground and the computer monitor at eye level.

Staying in one position too long – This is something that many people do and is common in jobs like driving long distances and office-based work. It is important to move your back regularly, ideally every hour and stretch it out and move it around to keep it feeling healthy.
