Get Your Kitchen Back in Shape

The past few months we have all spent more time in our homes than we probably ever have. Having the whole family at home all the time is not only stressful but has probably resulted in our homes looking a little worse for wear than they were when we started off in March! As the shops and more places to go start to open up again, now is a good time to put a bit of new life back into your home!

One of the places that has probably taken the brunt of a hectic family during lockdown will be the kitchen. The heart of the home, kitchens are often the place a family will congregate and thus suffers from the most wear and tear.

It doesn’t have to cost a fortune to spruce the kitchen up and have it looking like a brand-new kitchen. As long as appliances are in good working order, there is nothing that a good clean wont sort out.

Adding some marble tiles from https://www.irwintiles.ie/marble-stone-tiles.html to your kitchen will instantly modernise the room, as well as new cupboard doors and door handles – you will be surprised how something as cheap and small seeming as this can completely change a room.

Another good way to change the kitchen is adding some artwork to the walls, as well as a new coat of paint to revitalise it and get rid of any stains. Lighting is another way to make a big difference – why not consider spotlights set under the cupboards for a modern look?
