What is a Park Home?

A park home is a house that is manufactured entirely off-site or within an existing public estate. It is manufactured off-site with a steel skeleton and then delivered to a park site. Park homes are typically manufactured in this way and then put on private or public land for rent or purchase. They offer comfortable and attractive living, often coming with a small garden area and a designated parking space.

The main advantage to park homes is that they are custom designed homes located on privately owned land. A static caravan is another example of a park-style home. Static caravan homes are manufactured off-site similar to a mobile home but are primarily for the leisure industry and used as holiday homes. In this case, the site owner has moved the caravan to the desired location and then sells it or rents it directly to the public for holiday use.

Park homes are manufactured houses that can be moved anywhere on the site year round or even relocated to a different part of the country. Park sites are often located on the outskirts of urban centres and often in semi rural and attractive surroundings. Find out more about Park Homes Gloucestershire and Look at Park home life

Although buying a park home makes you the owner of the property, it doesn’t mean you own the land on which the home sits so this is an important thing to consider before making the decision to buy one.
